Early Childhood


The Binghamton City School District Pre-Kindergarten program is FREE and open to all children who are 4 by December 1st (or 3 years old for some locations) and live in the City of Binghamton. Classes are held Monday through Friday, September through June, following the school district calendar. The district does not provide transportation.

Transitional Kindergarten
There are some openings available for Transitional Kindergarten. Children must be five years old by Dec. 1. For information please contatct Brenda Lidestri at 762-8100 ext. 308.
