Under the Open Meetings Law, the public
has the right to attend meetings of public bodies, listen to debate, and watch
the decision-making process.
Board meetings are generally held the third Tuesday of every month starting at 7 pm at 164 Hawley Street, Binghamton, NY in the 3rd Floor Community Room, except where specifically noted in the schedule of regular board meetings below:

PUBLIC COMMENT
The board welcomes members of the public to address them regarding school district business. At a Regular meeting, there are two opportunities available for public comment.
